Delivery/Postage
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of the order being placed. These dispatch times maybe extended due to circumstances that are beyond our control. If the delay is longer than expected we will contact you. Overseas orders may be subjected to import/local taxes which would be the customer’s responsibility.
All goods are sold subject to availability.
Delivery dates/times given are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence. Any dates/times quoted for delivery are approximate only, and whilst we will make every effort to meet with any of our customer’s deadlines, Biotects Ltd, t/a Everything ID, shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods or costs incurred.
Please check the item(s) on delivery, if there are damaged or missing items please inform us within 3 working days so we can arrange replacement(s) to be sent. For damaged items please then return the original with its originating order documents. We shall have the right to cancel the Order/Contract without liability until the Goods are delivered or invoiced.
Please note there is a minimum postage/delivery charge of £6.80 per delivery plus additional cost per item based on weight/size. The total cost will be shown at the checkout before payment.
Please note: Premium Delivery £12.00 per delivery, plus additional cost per item based on weight. The total cost will be shown at the checkout before payment.
Please note: our Premium Delivery option, should arrive one day after dispatch. (subject to stock) Cut off times apply - further to this our PREMIUM delivery is not a guarantee of next day delivery
Due to the unprecedented situation the pandemic has created, we are unfortunately experiencing some delays on orders reaching our customers, this is due to the demand currently being placed on all delivery services
Payment and Prices
Should any of our products listed have an incorrect price due to a typing error or a pricing information error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will contact you immediately upon the discovery of any error and give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price, or cancel the order. If payment has already been debited from your credit/payment card we will also immediately credit your account.
All items may be purchased using MasterCard, Visa, Switch, American Express, Delta and Maestro. You can also pay by cheque made payable to “Biotects Ltd” and sent to the above trading address (please note goods paid by cheque will not be dispatched until the funds are cleared). You can also pay by BACS.
Payment will be debited from your account before the goods are sent.
All goods supplied remain the property of Biotects Ltd until payment is made in full. We reserve the right to change an advertised price before you place an order.
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate and in UK £ (Pound sterling). Our VAT Registration number is GB 800 9614 50
Refund Policy & Liability
We will be happy to refund or exchange any unused items returned to us in its original condition in which you received it within 14 days with the proof of purchase. Please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of the item confirming you will be returning the item. Once we have received the returned item, we will arrange a full refund.
Encoded and Programmed Access Control Cards. It is the customers/buyers responsibility to make sure that the cards supplied by Biotects Ltd are correct to the customers required specification by first checking that the supplied cards are correct and work fully on the customers systems before any printing/processes occur. This will enable Biotects Ltd to replace/refund the value of the cards only.
Biotects Ltd shall be under no circumstances liable for any indirect expense, loss including loss of profits that exceed the price of the goods supplied.
Description of Products
Biotects Ltd has made every effort to display and describe the products as accurately as possible on this web site. Due to differences in laptop/computer screens we cannot guarantee that the colours depicted are 100% accurate. All measurements given are meant for an approximate description of the product size. Please note some products may vary slightly to the photo displayed.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and conditions at any time.
