The sale cannot be completed or accepted unless you agree to these terms and conditions.

Delivery/Postage
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of the order being placed. These dispatch times maybe extended due to circumstances that are beyond our control. If the delay is longer than expected we will contact you. Overseas orders may be subjected to import/local taxes which would be the customer’s responsibility.
All goods are sold subject to availability.
Please check the item(s) on delivery, if they are damaged please inform us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement(s) to be sent. Please then return the original with its originating order documents.

Please note there is a minimum postage/delivery charge of £3.00 per delivery plus additional cost per item based on weight. Thie total cost will be shown at the checkout before payment.

Payment and Prices
Should any of our products listed have an incorrect price due to a typing error or a pricing information error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will contact you immediately upon the discovery of any error and give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price, or cancel the order. If payment has already been debited from your credit/payment card we will also immediately credit your account.

All items may be purchased using MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta and Maestro. You can also pay by cheque made payable to “Biotects Ltd” and sent to the above trading address (please note goods paid by cheque will not be despatched until the funds are cleared). You can also pay by BACS.
Payment will be debited from your account before the goods are sent.
All goods supplied remain the property of Biotects Ltd until payment is made in full. We reserve the right to change an advertised price before you place an order.
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate and in UK £ (Pound sterling). Our VAT Registration number is 800 9614 50

Refund Policy
We will be happy to refund or exchange any unused items returned to us in its original condition in which you received it within 14 days with the proof of purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of the item confirming you will be returning the item. Once we have received the returned item, we will arrange a full refund.

Description of Products
Biotects Ltd has made every effort to display and describe the products as accurately as possible on this web site. Due to differences in laptop/computer screens we can not guarantee that the colours depicted are 100% accurate. All measurements given are meant for an approximate description of the product size.

ID Card Bureau printing, duplication and copyright.
We are able to provide full card printing, magnetic & chipped card duplication services. Any orders for these services are accepted solely upon the condition that the information provided by the customer for duplication by Biotects Ltd are free of copyright or duplication restrictions of any kind. In the event of any issues arising, the customer will assume full responsibility for the resolution of the issue without recourse to Biotects Ltd and will indemnify Biotects Ltd to any extent necessary against any costs from such issues or claims arising.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and conditions at any time.

Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights

At Biotects Ltd, we are committed 100% to protecting your privacy and we will not disclose buyer’s information to any third parties.

When using our website shop, cookies will be used only to keep track of the items you have selected to be added to your shopping cart. Your browser will enter a secure mode when accessing our payment pages and before you enter your payment details. You can check this by looking for the locked padlock symbol on the bottom right hand side of the screen.

We will only use the information that you give us to help process/despatch orders, process payments and to contact you regarding our products and service.
